Tomintoul Caribbean Rum Cask is the creation of Master Distiller, Robert Fleming.
This small batch bottling isl aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks, which are then married & finished in hand selected Caribbean rum barrels.
The process of ‘finishing’ creates a beautifully rich, complex & full flavoured single malt scotch whisky.
Tasting Notes from the distillery.
Nose:
Fresh and bright with aromas of raspberry blossom, coconut oil, Parma violets and custard Danish.
Palate:
Layers of muscovado sugar, iced buns and cinder toffee bound with lotus biscuits, nougat and coconut cream.
Finish
Sweet butterscotch and chocolate eclairs fading into a warming cake spice linger.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
