Tasting notes from the distillery:
Nose: A sweet bouquet of spiced plums, amaretti biscuit and summer fruit pudding married with Madagascan vanilla and hints of chamomile
Palate: A wash of stewed fruits, baked strawberry and blackberry coulis mingled with nougat, brandy snap biscuits and rich baking spices.
Finish: Layers of vanilla custard, espresso coffee, almond fingers and cherry jam fading into a cosy wood spice and stem ginger linger

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
