This limited edition is No. 4 of 4 from the Tomatin French Connection series, showcasing the unique influence imparted by different types of French wine and spirit casks.
Notes from the bottle:
Distilled on 16th May 2008, this whisky is brimming with fresh fruit and floral flavours with subtle notes of lavender and Scottish heather. On the palate there are hints of cranberry, orange zest and rose water with well-balanced spices. The French oak provides a finish which is long, with notes of Earl Grey tea and poached pears.
Distilled on 16/05/2008, matured in traditional oak casks before being moved to Cognac barriques on 29/11/2017 for final maturation.
Bottled on 29/03/2021 at 46% alc./vol. non-chill filtered and at a natural colour.

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
