Distilled in 1990, matured in a refill American hogshead and bottled on 31/01/2019 at a cask strength of 50.1% alc/vol with no chill filtration and no added colour.

Notes from the bottle:
Banana aromas combine with hints of dry hay and lavender. Mouth-coating, nutty undertones sweeten into flavours of tropical fruit and citrus zest. A slight herbal edge lingers on the finish.

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
