Trutina, in Latin, translates as honest & pure, and this release signifies the natural, simple characteristics of the the distillery. 100% maturation in bourbon casks, non chill filtered and with no added colour. 

Limited releases of 1500 individually numbered bottles bottled at cask strength 59%

Tasting Notes from the Distillery

"Pale gold / white wine appearance. A light nose, with an initial clean and fruity notes. All very delicate, with little to indicate the higher strength.
Initial flavours are of vanilla & cream soda, with the higher strength bringing in some bolder fruit flavours with a hint of white pepper to finish."

Click & Collect

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
