Spelt is an ancient grain closely related to Emmer. The origins of spelt can be traced to Neolithic times between 6000 - 5000BC.
..... Spelt White Flour produces a wonderful nutty flavoured white bread and can be used as an all-purpose white flour for pastries, cakes and sauces.
This Organic White Spelt Flour is free from any additives. Only certain varieties of wheat need to be fortified, and White Spelt flour is not one of them!

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
