The Creative Collection is a unique series that will feature four Limited Edition adaptations of the multi award-winning Rock Rose Gin, with new recipes and stunning labels that showcase the work of local artists based in the Scottish Highlands.
The first in the series is the "Clootie Dumpling" gin.
Made with a vapor infusion still, where they have added actual clootie dumplings during the process. The result is a traditional juniper gin with notes of raisin, golden treacle and spice.
Contemporary artist Lindsey Gallacher created this unique artwork on a scratchboard layered with china clay and coated with India ink. The image which shows Caithness "wifey" making clootie dumpling in her kitchen, was then meticulously etched out using fine points and scalpels. Lindsey's creativity sparks from her childhood growing up in Caithness and her illustration evokes memories of the traditional steamed Scottish pudding, laden with fruits and spices. Which they have then used as an inspiration for their clootie dumpling gin.

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
