Persie Labrador Gin is just like the breed: traditional, mellow, soft in the mouth and warming. It is fresh and playful up front, then soft and warming once it settles. What makes it traditional is bags of juniper up front and on the nose, then cardamom and coriander pop up when you add tonic to make it soft and warming.
Suggested serve: lemon and torn mint.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
