Produced in San Francisco, this is an attempt to recreate the traditional style of whiskey from the 18th century. Distilled in a small copper pot still from a 100% rye mash and matured in lightly toasted, but uncharred, oak barrels.
This bottling is a blend of whiskies aged between two years and one month to five years six months.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
