Nc'Nean Organic Cask Strength - 5cl

This spirit is the cask strength expression of their signature recipe, their organic single malt in its most natural form. Fresh and complex, thecask strength whisky has their elegant and fruity taste profile of their unpeated organic single malt, whilst packing just a little more punch. We find we can taste spiced rye bread, juicy peaches and tangy lemons.

Nc'Nean Organic whisky is unpeated and is made from organic Scottish barley whose natural yields and rich soils contribute depth of flavour. Their gentle fermentation and distillation accentuate the delicate, fruity flavours in the spirit. Matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels, alongside a small amount of sherry casks, to develop their spirit’s signature body and sweetness.
