Made Matured and Married from Isle of Harris Distillery.
First-fill ex-Oloroso, ex-Buffalo Trace, ex-Heaven Hill and ex-Woodford Reserve casks.
Tasting notes- On the nose, there’s an immediate warmth: butterscotch and iced cherry Bakewell tart, like a pastry shop on a cold morning. As it opens, brighter fruit and delicate floral notes appear, with a gentle hint of spice. The palate brings rich, buttery caramels and sweet clove and ginger, balanced by the dry, flinty character that’s so typical of Isle of Harris spirit. The finish is long and creamy, with a soft echo of Outer Hebridean peat smoke.

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
