The Sauternes Cask Matured limited edition has spent its full maturation in ex-sauternes wine casks. A combination of fresh and refill Sauternes barriques from two separate years, the youngest being from 2018, creates an extraordinary balance of buttery sweetness, barbecued pineapple, candied ginger and floral peat smoke.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
