Every drop of spirit is distilled, matured and bottled on the island using water from the distillery well.
Mineral-rich water and three to five day fermentations help develop sweet blackberry characteristics in their spirit before it even touches the oak of the cask.
Scottish barley malted with Highland peat.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
