Tasting Notes from Tri Carragh.
Huge vanilla notes initially. Butter Cream, fresh fruit, peach, orange zest, fresh grass with hints of toffee apples. The taste continues with the vanilla notes along with tropical fruits like cantaloupe melon (sprinkled with Demerara sugar?). A few spicy notes come through as well such as cinnamon & green cardamom. With water vanilla icing smothered over sponge cake and now vanilla fudge, caramac and vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel sauce.

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
