Built in 1838, the location of Guterrez Colosia along the banks of the Guadalete River when entering the Atlantic provides the perfect microclimate for Sherry (which is aged in American oak barrels in direct contact with the air). The family Gutierrez Colosia has a long traditional heritage of 'nursing sherry' for generations.
Oloroso - 100% Palomino grape. Dry with a mahogany colour. A savoury persistent flavour with a hint of the fine oak offering an elegant finish. Aged under the action of the gentle oxidation in the Solera & Criadera System.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
