The 2024 edition of Tio Pepe Fino En Rama from renowned sherry producer, Gonzales Byass. This superb unfiltered and unclarified sherry was selected from 96 butts during the spring when the flor (the protective layer of yeast that forms over the liquid during the aging process) was most active.
Tasting Notes;
Lots of cooked apple on the nose, touch of Granny Smith green apple too, bread and Marmite. Very fresh and tangy, really tingly in the mouth, and then tangy and rich. Salted almonds on the finish.

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
