This is a vintage bottling of Glen Esk from independent bottler Silver Seal. This was distilled in 1971 and aged over 30 years before being bottled at 49% ABV.
The Glenesk 1971 is a rare vintage single malt Scotch whisky distilled at the closed Hillside distillery and bottled in 2001 by the independent Italian bottler Silver Seal.
Glenesk — historically also known as Hillside — operated in Montrose, Scotland, before closing permanently, making its remaining single-cask and old-age stocks highly sought after by collectors.

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
