The Sinteis Series (meaning synthesis in Gallic) from Glenallachie is a series merging different types of wood casks. The 2015 9 year old combines Scottish virgin oak and Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at cask strength.
Tasting notes from the distillery.
Nose: Mocha, grilled honeycomb and sun-dried red berries, with cinnamon butter, toasted lemon peel and muscovado sugar.
Taste: Heather honey, citrus and warmed baking spices, followed by gingersnaps and poached orchard fruits, with mocha and vanilla buttercream on the finish.

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
