After primary maturation in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, the spirit has undergone over 20 months of additional aging in the various wine barriques. The character development of each individual barrique was carefully monitored, before the whiskies were expertly combined by Master Blender Billy Walker.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
