Nose: The nine month finish in Bordeaux Red Wine casks creates notes of strawberry and redcurrants layered with a gentle honey sweetness from our first fill bourbon maturation.
Palate: The palate reveals rich waves of ripe red fruit, balanced by smooth oak character and a distinctive thread of maritime salinity.
Finish: The finish is long and refined with lingering warmth, subtle tannic spice and a graceful note of Bordeaux’s vineyard elegance.

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
