Starting its journey in first fill bourbon barrels, this heavily peated 9 year old unfolds with notes of creamy vanilla, distinctive maritime character and overlaid with peat smoke. Finished in the finest Ribera del Duero red wine casks, this develops the once tropical notes into ripe red fruit, juicy blackberry and a whisper of liquorice.

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
