This vatting of two first-fill Bourbon barrels jumps out of the glass with powerful aromas of wood glue and furniture polish, with gentler, more spicy notes of mace and brown sauce appearing with lime in the glass. The palate is a wonderfully complex mix of lime zest, Granny Smith apples, and "soor ploom" boiled sweeties. A lingering finish of vanilla pods, nutmeg and stewed apple rounds it off memorably.

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
