Tasting Notes from the bottler
Nose: Lacquered mahogany, stewed plum and christmas pudding with roasted almonds, berry compote and a wisp on mint.
Palate: Fruit cake, polished wood, tobacco, leather and raspberry liqueur, lifted by cinnamon spice
Finish: Refined oak, stewed fruits and malt loaf.
Distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2026.

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
