Inspired by Scotland’s traditional Clootie Dumpling- a rich spiced fruity pudding steamed in a cloth (the clootie).
This fun twist on the traditional dessert is made with rum-soaked raisins, warming mixed spice, rich molasses, and 12% rum.
Handmade in Oban, Scotland.
Enjoy as a dessert sauce or cocktail mixer. Reccomended uses- pour over ice cream, pancakes and sponges.
Dairy free, vegan, does not contain gluten.
Ingredients: Caramelised syrup (sugar, water), brown sugar, rum (12%), rum-soaked raisins, sunflower oil, molasses, guar gum (stabiliser), mixed spice, cinnamon, citric acid.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
