Vaults Edition - Atlantic Sea Salt is the first release in a four-part limited edition series.
This unique series is created using the finest hand selected ex-bourbon casks to create a refined liquid of greater depth.
This release reflects the unique microclimate in the number 1 vaults due to the effect of the Atlantic sea spray washing the sea-facing wall of the vault.
The distiller's tasting notes:
On The Eye: Bright gold
Breathe In: The zest of sun-ripened fruits drizzled with the sea
Sip: Salted honeycomb with zingy spiced cocoa and the tang of iodine-soaked blood orange
Savour: The never-ending salt finish of ocean-spiced blackberry, sea-salt and lingering kumquat, going on and on like the depth of the ocean
Bottled at a 43.0% Alc/Vol

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
