Auchroisk 15 year old, part of the Rare Find range from Gleann Mor Spirits, finished in 1st fill bourbon casks. Paying homage to William Blake's work "America a Prophecy", three carefully chosen sister casks, each boasting distinctive finishes, are complemented by labels adorned with Blake's artwork, which feature in the William Blake's Universe exhibition at Curating Cambridge in Spring 24
Tasting Notes:
Nose: A beautifully sweet nose, loaded with toffee, vanilla, milk chocolate and shortbread.
Palate: Rich and oily with more sweetness in the mouth, vanilla custard and millionares' shortbread are joined by the addition of unsalted peanuts.
Finish: A medium to long finish with the sweetness and a warm oak spice intertwining.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
